How a membership activates
After payment succeeds, the order activates right away. If you still have an unexpired membership, the new purchase queues and starts automatically when the current one ends. You can check queue status in your account.
After expiry
There is no auto-charge and no auto-renewal. Your work is not deleted and published content stays up, but quotas like space and document counts fall back to the free tier. Need it again? Buy another round.
Paused status
In certain situations a membership enters a paused state. While paused, the validity countdown and the related Drop batches are frozen, and the counting resumes after it recovers.
How refunds work
A refund only revokes the Drops granted by that original order and still unused. What has already been spent is not refunded.
If an AI job is still reserving Drops, the refund completes after that job settles or releases its reservation. Refund status is visible in the billing center.
Payments and invoices
WeChat Pay and Alipay are supported, and payment records stay in the billing center. Invoicing is available through the channels currently enabled.
